The Pellet Hardness Tester AS2100 is an instrument for measuring the hardness of spherical granulated materials (pellets) such as carbon black.
The measurement data is displayed on a PC, and the total data can be output by connecting a printer to the PC. It conforms to JIS K6219-3 (ISO 8942, ASTM D5230).

High speed measurement
Compared to the previous model, the measurement lead time has been reduced by about half (depending on the measurement conditions).
Hardness and pellet size measurement of spherical sample
The hardness and pellet size of granulation characteristics of spherical samples such as carbon black can be measured simultaneously.
