AHT1000 is a device that records changes in load when automatically sampled granules are crushed at a constant speed. Simultaneously measure and record the crushing point and particle size of the granules.
By adopting a simple mechanism, the processing time per measurement from sampling to cleaning is greatly reduced, and many samples can be extracted to obtain reliable measurement results.
In addition, since it is equipped with a CMOS camera, you can visually check the crushing process.

Automated hardness measurement
Simply place the sample in the sample cup and set it in the device, and the specified number of continuous measurements can be performed automatically (up to 50 points).

A shutter cover that automatically closes when the device operates. With emergency stop switch and overload error function.

Recorded as an image of the process from the start of pressurization to crushing with an image taken by a CMOS camera.
The curve graph of load and displacement is displayed at the same time.
